Grow street kid program capacity

• Increase street children capacity to 500 on average.
• Grow our local staff to 30 full-time employees.
• Open satellite centers outside Kigali.
• Purchase own facility with a soccer field.

Invest in college-bound students & entrepreneurs

• Increase financial aid to 200 students a year.
• Launch financial aid program for college students.
• Partner with employers to provide internships & mentorships, and support entrepreneurs

Expand outside rwanda

• Launch our successful programs in at least 1 other country.
• Expand support staff in the US to some paid roles; currently all volunteers
