Jacques is an orphan who lives in Eastern Rwanda with relatives, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.  He’s the second child.  His guardian is employed but can’t afford his education with a large family.  He’s in 12th grade and has an 82% grade point average.  He’s planning to start college next year if she can get financial aid.  After school he enjoys playing soccer and reading.  His favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for his education and making new friends.
