Jacques is a 24 year old orphan who lives in Eastern Rwanda with his monther, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.  His mom is employed but can’t afford his education with a large family, and a father who suffers from mental illness.  He’s studying anesthesiology at the University of Rwanda.  After school he enjoys playing soccer and reading.  His favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for his education and making new friends.
