Jacques lives in Northern Rwanda with his single mother, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  He’s the second child.  His mother is unemployed and can’t afford his education with a family of 6.  His father passed away.  He’s in 12th grade and excelling in school.  He’s planning to start college next year if she can get financial aid.  After school he enjoys reading.  His favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for his education and tutoring to get better at school.
