Jacques lives in Northern Rwanda with his single mother, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  He’s the second child.  His mother is unemployed and can’t afford his education with a family of 6.  His father passed away.  He’s studying in his first year of University.  After school he enjoys reading.  His favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for his education and tutoring to get better at school.
