Joseline lives in Northern Rwanda with relatives.  She has 3 brothers and 1 sister.  She’s the oldest child.  Both parents are alive but are unemployed and can’t afford her education.  She’s in 9th grade, excelling in school and her major is in math and biology.  After school she enjoys reading.  Her favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for her education and the food and clothes.
