Noella lives in Kigali Rwanda with both parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  She’s the second child.  Both parents are unemployed and can’t afford her education with a family of 7.  She’s in 8th grade and excelling in school.  After school he enjoys singing and reading.  Her favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for her education and the safe environment it provides after school.
