Phionah lives in Kigali Rwanda with her single father and an older brother.  Her dad is unemployed and can’t afford his education.  Her mother passed away.  She’s in 9th grade, has an 88% grade point average and her major is in security and HVAC systems.  After school she enjoys reading and dancing.  Her favorite things about RAS are the financial assistance for her education and tutoring to get better at school.
